Francis’ quick wit and laughter brightened the spirits of everyone around him and his endless stories about growing up are cherished memories for his family and friends. Among his family, Francis is known for his Pitch playing skills along with making the very best Kapusta.

His daughters; Amy Eichorn and her husband Kurt of Turners Falls and Megan Soto and her husband Ryan of Easthampton; his siblings Doris Jasinski of Northampton and Richard Niedzwiedz of Gill.
